Removal

5) unbend a clip 7 in the direction of an arrow and pull out a rope from a clip |
6) unscrew bolts with a six-sided head 6 |

Installation
Carry out installation upside-down, in view of the following:

2) place shock-absorbers between a window and the bearing element |

Window regulator, removal / installation (Coupet's model)
Prevention
Location of intermediate rings has to be noted before removal of the regulator of a window.
Removal
PERFORMANCE ORDER |
1) remove the decorative panel of a door |

2) note location of four top bolts of the regulator of a window (arrow A) |
3) weaken the lower bolts of the regulator of a window (arrow B) |
4) remove intermediate rings |
5) unscrew all six bolts of the regulator of a window |
6) remove the window regulator from a door |

Installation
PERFORMANCE ORDER |
|
1) paste adhesive strips, as shown in the drawing, on a window
pencil note the size and = 20 mm |
2) install the window regulator in a door covering |
3) insert draft of the lock with the button of the door lock |
4) establish into place all bolts of the regulator of a window and tighten manually |
5) pay attention to the marks made around the top bolts |

6) close a door and check the sizes:
b = 19.5 – 21:00 mm
with = 12.0 – 15.0 mm |
Prevention
If the sizes do not correspond to specified, move the window regulator in a door covering until the sizes coincide with specified.
Uneven pressure of glass in the field of the central rack of a body or discrepancy of the sizes b and with demanded can cause noise from wind or a leak.

2) rub with chalk the edge of glass which touches the central rack of a body |
3) close and again open a door |
4) check the print left chalk on the condensing laying of a window |
5) if the print is on all length of the condensing laying, door glass is established correctly; if is not present: add or remove intermediate rings, and then anew carry out check |
6) close a door and a window |

7) place a metal ruler outside as it is shown in the drawing
and = 17 – 18 mm to reach the size and, the butt slip can be adjusted |

8) install the decorative panel of a door |
9) check the car for noise from wind and a leak |

Window regulator, adjustment (Coupet's model)
Prevention
The covering of a window and door needs to be regulated first of all.
PERFORMANCE ORDER |
|
1) weaken bolts (shooters) |
2) close a door |
3) further two experts will be required; slightly press on the bearing element in the direction opposite to a roof and a rack |
4) apply slightly more than forces, than it is necessary. Rubber laying will return the bearing element to proper position |
5) at this time the second expert (from within the car) places intermediate struts between a covering of a door and the regulator of a window |
6) establish bolts from under a bottom and tighten; 15 N. of m. |

Removal

1) remove the bearing door element |
2) remove a lock washer 2 |
3) remove a fixing washer and an insert |
4) remove a window, unscrew adjusting bolts |
5) unscrew bolts with a six-sided head of the regulator in the lower part of a door |

Installation
Carry out installation upside-down, in view of the following:

1) tighten bolts with a six-sided head with m 6 N.' moment. |
2) place an insert between the regulator of a door and glass |
3) check and if necessary adjust a window arrangement
Prevention
Turn an adjusting detail for adjustment of a free wheeling between the handle of a door and the lock of a door.
During adjustment it is not necessary to use force to the squeezing lever.
