Installation

Carry out installation upside-down, in view of the following:

1) establish bolts with a six-sided head
	2) apply AOS 126 000 05 lubricant or equivalent on the specified places of the lower door loop

Forward door, removal

disconnect electric wires of the regulator of a window, door locks and a mirror

Forward door, installation

Carry out installation upside-down.

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1) level and adjust a door
2) check and adjust as it is necessary, the window regulator
3) connect all electric wires and sockets
4) check, the window regulator, mirrors and door locks how correctly function
	5) apply AOS 126 000 05 lubricant or its equivalent on the specified places (shooters) of the lower door loop

Forward door, replacement

Since VIN 8B MA 008 401, the door covering was changed. Therefore as the spare part only the doors executed in new style will be available. At installation of a new door on the old car, it is also necessary to make installation or replacement of the following details:

1 – decorative door panel;
2 – window regulator;
3 – the external door condensing laying;
4 – flat nut / washer;
5 – cover of the decorative panel;
6 – basis of the holder of an external mirror.
