Support of forward brakes  – Girling

always replace
hold the directing pin at an inhaling and untwisting

do not remove a brake hose when replacing brake shoes

is on sale as the spare part with previously greased directing pins
if protective caps were damaged, replace them with caps from a repair kit, a detail 443 698 470
 5. Brake shoes
always replace four blocks at once (on both wheels)

6. Brake disk
replace at the same time both disks
remove a support before removal of a disk

7. A bolt with a gear head, 125 N. of m clean teeths if you are going to use an old bolt
Prevention

At repair use all repair kit.

At repair restore a surface of brake disks from two parties at once, never process only one party. Always check a state and thickness of brake shoes.

Support of forward brakes – Giriing – for all-wheel drive and models with 20-valvate engines, and also Coupet's models

1. Support
do not remove a brake hose when replacing brake shoes
use a press for pressing in of the piston
support and old brake shoes for introduction of the piston to the cylinder

always replace

(on both wheels)
after replacement of brake shoes press a brake pedal several times at the motionless car
thickness (new brake shoes): 13:00 mm

replace at the same time both disks
remove a brake support before removal of a disk
diameter of a brake disk: 276.00 mm
thickness: 25.00 mm

Prevention

Two самоконтрящихся a bolt from a repair kit are not required at repair of brakes of Teves. In the return case use all repair set.
