The suspension bracket / Half shaft – for 4-cylinder models is resistant
1. Epiploon replacement: remove a protective film and paste to a half shaft 2. Washer 3. M8: 45 N. of m, M10: 80 N. of m. 4. The half shaft, sticks together with a wheel nave 5. 65 N. of m. 6. The lever of a forward suspension bracket with the spherical hinge 7. 256 N. of m, turn off and twist only when the car costs on the earth, record by means of D6 glue |

The suspension bracket / Half shaft – for 4-cylinder models is resistant
1. Suspension bracket rack at removal do not remove a half shaft 2. Half shaft does not stick together with a wheel nave for removal: turn off a bolt fastening also remove it with naves turn a rack of the wheel bearing and respectively a steering wheel 3. Epiploon remove a protective film and paste to a half shaft 4. Washer 5. M8: 45 N. of m, M10: 80 N. of m. 6. Cross draft remove by means of a two-foot stripper 7. 80 N. of m. after twisting till the required moment of an inhaling turn in addition half way (180 °) always replace with nuts of new modification

8. Bolt always replace 9. The lever of a forward lodveska with the spherical hinge at removal from a rack of the wheel bearing, do not expand a nest in a rack 10. Bolt and washer always replace 120 N of m, turn in addition on a quarter of a turn (90 °) turn off, only when the car costs on the earth 11. 65 N. of m. 12. Prevention
If the car needs to be moved after removal of a half shaft, the external hinge should be installed into place not to damage the wheel bearing.
At removal of the spherical hinge from a rack of the wheel bearing, do not expand a crack in a rack.
On cars with the 4-cylinder engine the forward suspension bracket or with a folding rack, or with a non-demountable rack is established.
PERFORMANCE ORDER |
1) weaken bolts of fastening of wheels |
2) remove a bolt or a nut of fastening of a nave of a wheel to a half shaft (the car has to stand on the earth) |
3) remove a washer |
4) remove a wheel |
5) remove a half shaft flange |
6) remove a nut from connecting draft |

7) remove bolts of fastening of the lever of a forward suspension bracket / stabilizer of cross stability / cross-piece of a forward suspension bracket (are specified by shooters) |
8) lower the suspension bracket lever |

9) by means of a stripper, as shown in the drawing, remove a half shaft from a wheel nave |

Installation
Prevention
Clear vents of a half shaft and a nave of a wheel for removal of oil, lubricant and the remains of glue.
PERFORMANCE ORDER |
|
for cars with a suspension bracket with a non-demountable rack: apply D6 glue on an outer edge of shlits with a strip about 5 mm wide (it is specified by an arrow) then establish a half shaft |

Prevention
At installation of the right half shaft be accurate and do not damage a casing on a protective plate.
Do not move the car within at least 60 minutes to allow D6 glue to harden.
