2.3.1.3. Check of turns of idling

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1) warm the engine up to the temperature of +60 °C and muffle
2) switch off everything consumers of the electric power, and also the cooling system fan. If the fan turns on, it is necessary to interrupt performance of measurements and to begin anew after switching off of the fan
3) the pipeline of production of air of the main oil case needs to be removed from a cover of valves
4) an oborotomer and the analyzer of exhaust gases it is necessary to connect, following the instruction of the producer
5) it is necessary to leave the case of the air filter screwed

Prevention

Connect the analyzer of exhaust gases to a measuring tube WITH in the forward muffler.


6) start the engine and leave it to work at idling turns
7) check idling turns
8) in case of the abnormal size of turns of idling it is necessary to define the reason of discrepancy and to liquidate it. It can be a faulty or raskalibrovanny jet of idling, the damaged laying under the carburetor or wear of inserts of an axis of a throttle etc.
