GENERAL INFORMATION

Prevention

Use only new brake fluid. Install a tank according to a mark in a tank of brake fluid.

Main brake cylinder / servo cylinder of the brake system

1. Tank of brake fluid
with the indicator of level of brake fluid
2. Cap
moisten in brake fluid and establish in an opening of the main toromozny cylinder
install a tank of brake fluid in openings of caps
3. Air descent opening valve
always pump over the main brake cylinder after removal / installation
slightly grease a carving of the valve and an opening with liquid of the brake cylinder
4. Pipeline of the brake system
5. Main brake cylinder
diameter: 23.81 mm
7. Air descent opening valve
slightly grease a carving of the valve and an opening with brake fluid before installation
8. Distributive valve
it is not regulated
9. 25 N. of m.
11. 10 N. of m.
12. 20 N. of m.
13. Arm
14. Filter
15. Sealing ring
establish on an arm before installation of a servo cylinder of the brake system then move to the dashboard
16. 20 N. of m.
17. Pipeline of the brake system
18. Sealing ring
always replace
19. Extender
20. Alarm switch
Inhaling moment: 20 N. of m.
21. Return pipeline
22. Pipeline of high pressure
goes to pressure accumulator
23. Servo cylinder
do not press a brake pedal at the removed main brake cylinder
check on tightness: at the switched-off engine weaken connection of the return pipeline if the servo cylinder is not tight, it will pass liquid (emergence of rare drops is normal)
25. Fork
27. Dashboard
28. 25 N. of m.
29. Pedal arm

Fork, adjustment

and = 226.0 (0.5 mm)

The fork has to is at right angle to a servo cylinder surface when carrying out measurements.
