8.3.2. Removal and installation of the transmission

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1) disconnect a wire of the negative plug of the accumulator
2) turn off three top bolts of fastening of the engine and the transmission
3) disconnect a wire of grounding of the transmission from the transmission
4) remove sockets of connection of the sending device of a speedometer and the multi-function sending device
5) disconnect wires from the sensor of content of oxygen and a heating element of the sensor
6) remove a protective plate of the engine
7) disconnect an exhaust pipe from a collector
8) separate an exhaust pipe behind the catalyst and remove a pipe and the catalyst
9) remove the driveshaft
10) remove a back cross beam
11) remove a bolt of fastening of thirst of gear shifting for the transmission and leave draft to hang
12) remove a protective plate of the transmission
13) remove the filter of the right half shaft
14) disconnect half shafts from the transmission, turn a steering wheel against the stop to the right and fix half shafts having tied them to a body
15) remove the working cylinder of coupling
16) disconnect cross draft from a shaft of a steering column and turn wheels to the left
17) install the engine on a support
18) install the transmission on a support
19) remove fastening on a back left part of the transmission and forward fastening of the engine
20) remove the thermal screen from the rubber plug
21) remove an arm of fastening of the rubber plug from the transmission
22) remove the rubber plug
23) remove a bolt directing a seat belt tension rope on a back left part of the transmission. Remove ropes that they did not prevent removal
24) lower a back stretcher on the left side, having turned off fastening bolts (are specified by shooters)
25) remove the remaining bolts of fastening of the transmission and engine
26) remove the transmission

Installation

Installation is made in the sequence, the return to removal. At installation pay attention to the following:

install the working cylinder of coupling into place by means of the lever so that the bolt was inserted easily.
Prevention

Check that centering plugs were installed in the block of cylinders before installation.
