GENERAL INFORMATION

Coupling device

1. Clutch plate
the casing of springs is turned to a press disk
2. Flywheel
check adjusting pins
on the surface of friction of overlays of coupling there should not be scratches, oil or lubricant
use the tool 10-201 for removal / installation
 3. Bolt, 30 N. of m + 1/4 (90 °) turn
an additional quarter (90 °) a turn can be carried out in two stages on 45 °
always replace a bolt: DO NOT REUSE
cover a carving of a new bolt with the fixing structure
4. Press disk
5. 25 N. of m.

Replacement

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1) record a flywheel
2) weaken / clamp bolts evenly and on diagonal; use the directing tool A = 3176
3) reinstall the holder 10-201 in the course of tightening of bolts
Prevention

Press the disk has to contact completely with a flywheel before installation of assembly bolts.
4) for repair of coupling remove the transmission
Prevention

Press disks and clutch plates have a corrosion-resistant coating therefore it is necessary to clear only the rubbing surfaces. Otherwise service life of disks will considerably be reduced.
5) do not make efforts at installation of a press disk since it is possible to damage adjusting pins / openings

Check

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1) check regarding cracks, traces of burning and wear
2) maximum internal conicity: 0.3 mm
3) check slips and vents regarding wear, and rivets – regarding rigidity
4) check the ends of springs of a diaphragm (are specified by shooters)
5) the most admissible wear: to a half of a spring
Prevention

In need of replacement choose press a disk and a clutch plate according to the catalog of spare parts, using an alphabetic code and number of the engine.
