Prevention

Do not squeeze out a coupling pedal at the removed working cylinder.

Before adjustment of a fork of the main cylinder of coupling make sure that the fork of the amplifier of the brake system is adjusted according to the necessary height of a pedal of a brake.

14. Transmission

Before installation of a clutch plate clear vents of an entrance shaft, and also nave teeths if the disk is reused, of traces of corrosion and the remains of lubricant. Apply very few lubricant (G 000 100) only on vents of an entrance shaft. Establish a disk on a shaft and move back and forth until the nave of a disk easily slides. Remove all excess lubricant.

Adjustment

PERFORMANCE ORDER

	1) check adjustment of a fork of the amplifier of the brake system: and = 269.0 mm + 0.5 mm
Prevention During measurement the pusher has to be perpendicular the surfaces of the amplifier of the brake system.
	2) adjust a fork of the main cylinder of coupling: and = 116.0 mm + 0.2 mm
3) the pedal of coupling has to be about 10 mm higher than a brake pedal
4) the returnable spring has to return a coupling pedal in a starting position
5) the pedal of coupling should not concern an arm in a starting position
Prevention The insufficient gap between a pedal of coupling and an arm results in premature wear.
